PEOPLE with ideas which could attract European funding are being invited to a free seminar later this week. The Moray Leader local action group has organised the event to look at ideas relating to local services and food supply chains in the region. Group member Jacqui Taylor said: “We want to bring together relevant organisations working in these areas to discuss and share their ideas with a view to developing projects which may be eligible for Leader funding. “If you have an idea – no matter what stage it is at – this event is for you. “It will give you the opportunity to develop your idea further, perhaps identify other organisations who can help to make it a reality or help you figure out what to do next and how to access the necessary funding.” The Moray Leader team will be on hand to support potential applicants to generate project ideas which can then be developed into funding applications. It takes place at Moray College UHI on Friday, September 28, running from 11am-3pm. Visit the Moray Leader website to book a place.
